"I am living the nomadic life with closure to essential people living also with their nomadic lives.
I am not sure if half of the bibliotheque world pushes us towards struggle for knowledge, as we prick and corrupt them with objective desires. "
My day begins endlessly, and suddenly I stopped. So I went pushing the cart with homo friends, Marlon and Vince heading to one of the fanciest mall in Manila, looking for buffet meals - native foods. Since TGIF - payday and reservation wasn't that so necessary, we queued to different restos starving to death, and finally made a mad decision to just eat burger, double burger, burrito, fries and onion rings at ArmyNavy. Puffing of vices acted as our dessert, with LiberTea.
Since earth never collided with heaven, Marlon grabbed the chance to buy few shirt pieces from Artwork while Vince and me checked on the latest florals offered by Folded and Hung, amoy na amoy ang boys. We almost took 30-45 min. in Greenbelt 5,then Vince craved Magnum which is available only in SM Makati, then we parted ways after a short chitchat.
After 8-10 months of not seeing each other, we still find time to meet and compress all thoughts that we have for limited time. Nothing new with physical structure, only me getting fatter and fatter, and this time, intellectual ideas about fashion and pop culture identified us as willful and strong women, flying with zero masochism slowly reaching for our dreams. This scenario was totally different from when we were in university. Story-telling and poetry making ceased, humor changed and problems were not allowed to open.
And this idea is unknowingly good as independence defines our beautiful and nomadic lives. We are indeed greatful to have this kind of transformation, checking each other once in a while and throwing post-era footprints to everyone.
Sorry, got no pics but found one on my archive...
L-R. Marlon, me and Vince
